Pet Policy
Overlook at Bernardo Heights is a pet-friendly community! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a pet deposit of $500 per pet and pet rent of $50 for cats and $60 for dogs. The maximum allowed weight is 100lbs. Please call for complete policy information.
